1. How long does it take to receive my IPTV subscription after payment?

2. Will I receive an invoice after placing an order?
Yes. WkMaximize Prime IPTV automatically generates and sends a full invoice to your email right after you place an order, confirming all details of your purchase.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfers, QR Payments, SEPA, cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT), debit/credit cards, and other secure payment options depending on your region. You’ll see the available choices during checkout.
4. Can I pay using gift cards or prepaid methods?
Yes. We occasionally accept Amazon Gift Cards and Paysafecard, depending on regional availability. Please check the payment section or contact us to confirm.
5. Is the subscription delivery automated?
While account creation and digital delivery are streamlined, final activation is manually confirmed to ensure accuracy and proper setup. This helps avoid any technical conflicts or wrong format issues.
6. What do I do if I haven’t received my IPTV login details?
If 24 hours have passed after payment and you haven’t received your login details, contact us at service@wkmaximize.com with your invoice number. We’ll respond promptly.
7. Can I choose my preferred stream format (M3U,MAG,Enigma2)?
Absolutely! During checkout or trial request, you’ll be asked to select your preferred format, and we’ll tailor your subscription accordingly.
8. What happens if the server goes down or content is missing?
Servers are managed by third-party providers. While we assist in resolving issues, WkMaximize Prime IPTV is not liable for third-party outages. We’ll help you switch servers if needed.
9. Do you offer free trials before purchase?
Yes, we offer 6, 12 or 24-hour free trials to help users test the service. Simply request it via our Free Trial page and choose your format.
10. Is there a refund policy for subscriptions?
Yes. We offer a 48-hour full refund policy if you’re unsatisfied, provided you haven’t violated usage rules. For more details, please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Delivery, Setup & Order Handling
1. Do you offer physical streaming devices for sale?
Yes. WkMaximize Prime IPTV offers pre-configured streaming devices as part of our Exclusive Plans, which include a device + 1-month free subscription.
2. How are physical devices delivered?
We ship physical streaming devices via reliable courier partners, depending on your location. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number for live delivery updates.
3. What’s the delivery time for physical devices?
Physical device delivery generally takes 5–12 business days, depending on your country. Some international locations may require additional time for customs processing.
4. Will the device come pre-configured with IPTV service?
Yes. All our devices are fully pre-configured and tested before shipment, including your selected format and subscription. Just plug in and stream.
5. Can I purchase a device without a subscription?
No. All devices are bundled with a minimum of 1-month IPTV access, ensuring you receive both hardware and streaming service as a complete package.
6. What if my device arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a faulty or damaged device, please contact us immediately. We offer replacements or returns depending on the issue, in line with our Return Policy.
7. Is the device returnable or refundable?
Devices are eligible for return only if damaged during shipping or defective on arrival. Devices used beyond setup may not be refundable due to digital content access.
8. What if I want to upgrade my plan after receiving the device?
You can upgrade to a higher IPTV plan anytime. Just contact support and we’ll adjust your account and apply any remaining credit from your current plan.
9. Can I track my physical order online?
Yes. As soon as we dispatch your device, we’ll send you a tracking number. You can monitor its delivery status in real-time.
10. Do you ship devices worldwide?
We ship to most countries (Europe,Canada,Middle East and few others). However, some remote regions may have delivery limitations. If unsure, contact our support at service@wkmaximize.com before placing an order.
